A simple workflow
- Choose English or Arabic and the currency of your agreement. Prices are not converted when you change currency.
- Start with a design, photography, maintenance or product-supply template, or write your own items.
- Enter your business and client names, project title, reference number and dates.
- Add a description, quantity and unit price to each item. Optional units make hours, visits and pieces easier to distinguish.
- Review the live preview. Add your logo or change the document color if useful.
- Save a local copy in My quotes, then use Print / save PDF. In your browser’s print dialog, choose A4 and turn off browser headers if they appear.
An example you can check
Suppose six designs cost USD 100 each and six size adaptations cost USD 20 each. The subtotal is USD 720.00. A 5% discount is USD 36.00, leaving USD 684.00 before optional tax and shipping. These numbers illustrate the calculation; they are not market prices.
Tax, discount and currency precision
Each item total is rounded to the currency’s smallest unit. The discount is allocated across items, and optional tax is calculated on selected taxable items after discount. Shipping is added after tax and is not taxed by this tool. Confirm that this calculation method matches your quotation.
Fourteen currencies are supported. JOD, KWD and BHD use three decimal places; JPY uses none. Other available currencies use two. The tool does not perform exchange-rate conversions.
Keep an editable copy
A PDF is a document to read or share. An editable JSON file lets you reopen the quotation in the tool or move it to another device. My quotes stores up to 20 quotations in this browser, with up to 100 items per quote. Download a library backup before clearing browser data. There is no automatic cloud synchronization.
If you need to work without internet, download the empty offline HTML edition from the tool. It does not contain your current customer data. Open it in a browser and import an editable file if you want to continue an existing quote.
Before sending
- Check descriptions, quantities, dates, currency and scope.
- Confirm the optional tax method and delivery charge match your agreement.
- Replace suggested template items with the work actually included.
- Keep downloaded files private when they contain customer details.
The proposed deposit is not evidence of payment. The acceptance area is for completing a copy, not a verified electronic signature. The generated document is a quotation, not a certified tax invoice.
